Intercompany Accountant

About the role

Xerox is seeking an Intercompany Accountant to manage and streamline intercompany accounting activities. The role involves maintaining journals, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate intercompany balances across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve intercompany imbalances (AR‑AP, P&L, FINCO).
• Review weekly/monthly intercompany account balances and validate payment proposals.
• Prepare journal entries and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Conduct balance‑sheet analysis on assigned accounts.
• Approve and monitor intercompany rebilling requests.
• Monitor GR‑IR open items to keep line items at a minimum.
• Identify and implement process improvements for intercompany transactions.
• Provide intercompany information to management and auditors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field; CPA preferred.
• Experience in general‑ledger accounting and accounting operations.
• Proficiency with SAP, Analysis for Office, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong Excel skills, including formulas, pivots, and schedule creation.
• Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle extended hours.
