Integrated Marketing Communications Specialist

About the role

The Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) Specialist will design and execute multi‑channel media and communication campaigns that align with the brand’s objectives and drive measurable business results. Working closely with internal teams and external partners, you will ensure consistent messaging across ATL, digital, and influencer platforms while optimizing performance through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and recommend media plans covering ATL, digital, and influencer channels to meet marketing goals.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of campaigns, including planning, coordination, budgeting, and reporting.
• Analyze campaign performance, media metrics, and market trends to improve efficiency and ROI.
• Collaborate with creative, PR, media agencies, and influencers to ensure seamless delivery.
• Adapt content to platform‑specific best practices while maintaining message consistency.
• Track and report results, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital/media roles.
• Basic knowledge of media planning, integrated campaigns, and digital marketing channels.
• Strong project‑management and stakeholder‑coordination abilities.
• Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and draw insights.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or comparable reporting/analytics tools.
