Infrastructure & Security Specialist

About the role

The Infrastructure & Security Specialist ensures the stability, visibility, and security of the company’s IT environment. You will execute day‑to‑day technical tasks such as patching, monitoring, endpoint compliance, and system configuration while supporting audit readiness and ISO 27001 controls.

Key responsibilities

• Deploy and maintain core infrastructure components including servers, VPNs, switches, and backup solutions.
• Monitor system health using Wazuh, Zabbix, and internal tools, and act on alerts.
• Perform regular OS and software patching across Linux and Windows endpoints.
• Support VPN, firewall, and proxy server implementation and updates.
• Validate backups, participate in disaster‑recovery drills, and assist with high‑availability planning.
• Maintain accurate configuration records, network diagrams, and change logs.
• Provide endpoint visibility, security hardening, and log‑collection assistance.
• Collaborate with Tech Support Leads for backend deployments and with InfoSec for audit preparation.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience in infrastructure, system administration, or IT operations.
• Hands‑on experience with networking, servers, endpoint protection, and monitoring tools.
• Familiarity with both Linux and Windows environments.
