Information Technology Support Specialist

About the role

The IT Support Specialist provides comprehensive technical assistance for hardware, software, network, and server issues across the organization. You will work directly with internal users, ensuring timely resolution of incidents and maintaining a high level of service quality.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, troubleshoot, and resolve IT technical issues for internal customers.
• Log, monitor, and close incidents using the Service Desk system.
• Provide desktop and end‑user support, including diagnostics and courteous resolution.
• Install, configure, update, and maintain software, PCs, printers, switches, servers, copiers and related equipment.
• Deploy new PCs, manage roll‑downs, and maintain accurate IT asset records.
• Escalate advanced issues to appropriate resources and coordinate with managers on priorities.
• Work closely with vendors and the Purchasing team for equipment evaluation and procurement.
• Support onboarding, training, and compliance with quality, safety and organizational policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with LAN, network, servers and PC support.
• Excellent English communication skills, both oral and written.
• Willingness to work onsite in Rosario, Cavite.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows OS, Outlook, Office, Active Directory and DHCP.
• Desktop and mobile device setup (iOS/Android).
• Network and infrastructure support: wired/wireless LANs, Cisco 9300 switches, Cisco VOIP, access points.
• Server platforms: Dell servers, VxRail, Nutanix.
• Printer and multifunction device configuration and troubleshooting.
