Industrial Engineer

About the role

The Industrial Engineer will analyze and improve production processes to boost efficiency and lower costs. Working closely with manufacturing and cross‑functional teams, the role focuses on optimizing workflow, inventory management and overall operational performance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct time studies and process simulations to pinpoint bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement systems that streamline workflow and enhance inventory control.
• Collaborate with engineering, production and quality teams to ensure seamless operations.
• Prepare detailed reports on production metrics, cost savings and process enhancements.
• Support daily manufacturing activities by providing analytical insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
• Approximately 2 years of experience in industrial engineering or similar roles.
• Strong problem‑solving ability and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work in both office and manufacturing environments.

Required skills

• Proficiency in data analysis.
• Experience with simulation software.
