About the role
We are looking for an ICT On‑Site Support and Build Area Staff member to join our award‑winning global outsourcing team. The role provides hands‑on technical assistance to end‑users in our contact‑center and back‑office environments, ensuring that all hardware and software operate smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops and peripherals.
- Evaluate, test and recommend equipment, software and system tools to the On‑Site Support Manager.
- Install, configure and assess usability of devices in line with company standards.
- Load desktops with the Acquire‑approved image and required applications.
- Ensure all hardware accessories are functional and ready for use.
- Provide physical presence and support during incidents and escalations.
- Assist on projects, changes and implementations as front‑end support for end‑users.
- Document, track and monitor problems to guarantee timely resolution.
- Perform other ad‑hoc technology tasks as assigned by the manager.
Required profile
- Strong interest in IT support and hands‑on troubleshooting.
- Ability to follow technical standards and guidelines.
- Good documentation skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on‑site and collaborate with end‑users.
