Hydraulic Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Hydraulic Engineer to join our Pasig City office. The role focuses on delivering hydraulic and hydrologic studies, designing drainage and flood‑control structures, and ensuring compliance with local codes. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to support projects from planning through construction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic analyses, including river flow modeling, flood simulations, and watershed assessments.
• Design drainage networks, culverts, canals, spillways, pump stations and other flood‑protection systems.
• Perform water‑surface‑profile calculations, scour and sediment‑transport assessments.
• Prepare engineering reports, calculations, design drawings and technical specifications.
• Review and validate documents submitted by consultants or contractors.
• Provide technical input during permitting, procurement and construction phases and conduct site inspections.
• Ensure designs meet national regulations, industry standards and project quality requirements.

Required profile

• Degree in Civil Engineering, Water Resources or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in hydraulic design and hydrologic modelling.
• Familiarity with local codes and standards governing water infrastructure.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate findings to project managers and stakeholders.
