Human Resources Specialist – Quezon City

About the role

The Human Resources Specialist will join our Quezon City office to support the full employee life‑cycle. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on implementing HR policies, managing benefits, and ensuring a compliant, positive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Drive recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and administer benefit programs.
• Support training initiatives and coordinate learning activities.
• Handle employee‑relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
• Monitor compliance with labour regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with managers to promote organizational development.

Required profile

• Strong background in Human Resources, including HR management and policy implementation.
• Experience managing employee benefits and personnel administration.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for employee relations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Psychology or related field.
• Relevant HR certifications are a plus.
• Proven ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HR software platforms.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
