About the role
The Human Resources Officer will work within the NHI Group to manage core HR functions across the organization. This position acts as a central point for HR activities, ensuring that recruitment aligns with business needs, that employee relations are maintained in a fair and consistent manner, and that performance reviews support career growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage talent acquisition processes, including recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees.
- Oversee labor relations, ensuring compliance with regulations and handling employee discipline matters.
- Coordinate performance management and employee development programs to drive continuous improvement.
- Perform other related HR tasks as assigned by the organization.
