Human Resources Officer

About the role

The Human Resources Officer will implement HR policies, procedures and programs at the mall or branch level, covering recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, organizational development, training and performance management. This role is essential for fostering a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, local regulations and labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Support HR operations and ensure alignment with company policies, processes and strategic initiatives.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and deployment to ensure smooth employee integration.
• Monitor performance management activities and coordinate timely completion of appraisals and documentation.
• Address employee concerns, facilitate engagement programs and support a positive workplace culture.
• Coordinate training, learning and talent management initiatives to enhance employee growth and productivity.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of proven experience in Human Resource Management in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of employee relations and compensation & benefits.
• Familiarity with HRIS and other HR systems.
• Excellent communication and people skills with the ability to engage across all organizational levels.
