About the role

The Human Resources Officer will play a pivotal role in fostering a positive workplace culture by planning and executing employee engagement initiatives. This position supports the HR team in promoting employee wellness, recognition, and overall satisfaction while ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and facilitate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and company events.
• Assist in implementing employee wellness, recognition, and morale‑boosting programs.
• Prepare engagement reports, monitor attendance, and conduct post‑event evaluations.
• Develop creative programs that enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
• Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, inquiries, and workplace issues.
• Assist in handling disciplinary procedures, incident documentation, and administrative conferences.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies, code of conduct, and HR procedures.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding employee concerns and workplace relations.
• Monitor employee behavior and workplace environment to promote professionalism and harmony.
• Maintain and update employee records and documentation.
• Prepare HR‑related reports, memorandums, notices, and communications.
• Assist in onboarding and employee orientation activities.
• Support HR initiatives and other administrative functions assigned by management.
• Coordinate with affiliated companies regarding engagement and employee relations activities when necessary.
