Human Resources Officer – Hospitality

About the role

The Human Resources Officer – Hospitality provides comprehensive HR support to the hospitality operations of City of Dreams Manila. Working closely with line managers, the officer ensures HR policies are applied consistently and assists employees throughout their lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse attendance, termination, hire and transfer reports.
• Maintain and update the HR database, ensuring accuracy and timely entry of new‑hire information.
• Manage employee records both electronically and manually, guaranteeing confidentiality and accessibility.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and programs to new and existing staff.
• Resolve complex employee‑relations issues and address grievances.
• Collaborate with business units to improve morale, productivity and retention.
• Support HR initiatives and special projects as assigned.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of experience in a similar HR role.
• College degree in a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Computer literate with a commitment to teamwork and inclusive practices.
• Professional appearance, organized, detail‑oriented and able to work shifts.
