Human Resources Officer – Employee Relations & Culture

About the role

Rising Red Dragon is seeking a proactive Human Resources Officer to lead employee relations and nurture a strong organisational culture. The role focuses on building a positive, productive workplace through effective communication, engagement initiatives and disciplined case management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, including grievance handling and disciplinary processes.
• Develop and sustain a values‑driven culture and employee engagement programmes.
• Oversee internal employee communications and ensure clear, consistent messaging.
• Provide performance and behavioural support, guiding managers and staff.
• Administer HR policies, ensure compliance with the Philippine Labor Code and maintain up‑to‑date documentation.
• Support the employee lifecycle from onboarding through off‑boarding.
• Assist organisational development projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to employee relations, disciplinary management and engagement programmes.
• Experience in fast‑paced sectors such as distribution, trading, FMCG, retail or logistics is preferred.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Philippine Labor Code and labour‑relations practices.
• Expertise in employee discipline and case management.
• Proficiency in performance‑management processes.
• Ability to design and implement employee engagement and culture‑building initiatives.
• Strong familiarity with HR policies, procedures and HRIS systems.
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
