Talent Sourcing Manager (Ortigas & Bulacan)

About the role

TaskUs, a global provider of outsourced digital services and customer experience, is hiring a Talent Sourcing Manager for its Ortigas and Bulacan sites. The role owns the daily leadership of the sourcing and recruitment marketing team, drives proactive sourcing strategies and builds new candidate pipelines to attract a diverse workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of sourcing specialists and set them up to use sourcing channels effectively and efficiently.
• Develop proactive candidate sourcing strategies and build new candidate pipelines.
• Share best practices, industry and market intelligence with recruiters and hiring teams, and give talent and market trends, threats and opportunities for strategic planning.
• Network with and manage recruitment vendors.
• Attend calibration sessions with key stakeholders to address continuous staffing needs.
• Analyze and present recruitment data to stakeholders and management.
• Create weekly, monthly and quarterly metrics on quality and productivity.

Required profile

• At least 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience as a Recruitment Marketing / Talent Acquisition Lead.
• Experience in a BPO is preferred, with at least 2 years as a people manager of teams of 5 or more.
• Ability to build strong relationships across teams and understand their business and recruitment needs.

Required skills

• Knowledge of traditional and non-traditional sourcing techniques.
• Technical knowledge is a must: familiarity with e-commerce tools, G-Suite, Google Apps, Microsoft and reporting from Applicant Tracking Systems is an advantage.
• Problem-solving and process improvement, and analytical skills to audit processes, assess trends and report on data.
