Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR liaison for our Content Moderation operations. You will support business objectives by delivering effective HR strategies, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.

Key responsibilities

• Provide guidance to leaders and employees on employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, and company policies.
• Handle employee concerns, investigations, and conflict resolution while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
• Support engagement initiatives, retention programs, and employee wellness activities.
• Partner with Operations leaders in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Monitor attendance, attrition, and performance trends and recommend improvements.
• Assist with onboarding, coaching, and development initiatives for employees and leaders.
• Ensure timely and accurate HR documentation, reports, and case management.
• Collaborate with Recruitment, Training, and other HR teams to meet operational needs.
• Participate in HR projects and process‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner in a BPO or shared‑services environment.
• Experience supporting Content Moderation, Operations, or high‑volume accounts is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience using HR information systems.
