About the role
We are seeking a Human Resources Associate to lead payroll, compensation and benefits administration within a unionized environment. The successful candidate will work closely with HR leadership to maintain and evolve policies while ensuring compliance with collective bargaining agreements.
Key responsibilities
- Review, update and maintain compensation, benefits and general HR policies.
- Develop new compensation, benefits, and HR policy frameworks.
- Analyze and review proposed collective bargaining agreement (CBA) packages.
- Support payroll processing and ensure accurate compensation delivery.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration, and policy making in a unionized setting.
- Strong written and oral communication abilities.
- Demonstrated creative and analytical thinking.
Required skills
- Proficiency with SAP‑HCM.
- Experience using SuccessFactors (SF).
