Human Resources Assistant

About the role

We are looking for fresh graduates ready to start an entry‑level HR career. You will join a real HR team, receive mentorship, and grow your skills while supporting recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and employer branding.

Key responsibilities

• Support recruitment processes, including posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Assist with onboarding new hires, preparing documentation and coordinating orientation activities.
• Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and help maintain employer branding efforts.
• Interact daily with candidates, employees and managers, acting as a friendly point of contact.
• Use HR tools and follow established processes, escalating issues only when necessary.

Required profile

• Coachable and process‑driven, able to accept feedback and follow systems.
• Digitally comfortable; can navigate portals, fill forms and learn new software without step‑by‑step guidance.
• Genuinely people‑oriented, warm and proactive in initiating conversations.
• Comfortable working with data and AI‑enabled HR tools.
• Available to work a mid‑shift schedule in a hybrid setting.
