Human Resource Officer / HR Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Human Resource Officer / HR Supervisor to join BE Resorts’ Mactan hotel. The role will manage all HR functions, with a strong focus on recruitment and employee relations, ensuring policies are applied in line with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding new staff.
• Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine employment laws and internal HR policies.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance to both staff and managers.
• Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files and performance evaluations.
• Develop and update HR policies and procedures to reflect best practices.
• Coordinate employee orientation and onboarding programs.
• Lead HR projects assigned by senior management and advise managers on HR matters.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of HR experience in the hotel or resort industry.
• Strong knowledge of local employment legislation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Highly organized with strong time‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills
