HRBP Manager

About the role

Vertiv is seeking an HRBP Manager to act as the strategic people partner for the Philippines Market Unit and the broader Asia region. Reporting to the Senior Director, Human Resources, Asia, you will collaborate with business leaders to drive a high‑performance culture and support talent initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop deep business understanding and align HR strategies with regional and global priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and coach to leaders and employees, enhancing engagement and performance.
• Lead talent reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning for assigned functions.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver integrated solutions in talent acquisition, development, compensation, and benefits.
• Provide guidance on leadership development, performance reviews, and other HR matters.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and corporate policies, proactively updating practices as legislation evolves.
• Champion Vertiv’s core principles and promote a positive employee experience and culture.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR business partner or similar advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and HR best practices.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and drive change.
