HR Recruiter / Recruitment Supervisor / Recruitment Manager

About the role

WNS is seeking experienced HR professionals to join its talent acquisition team in the Philippines. The role can be positioned as an HR Recruiter, Recruitment Supervisor, or Recruitment Manager, depending on your experience level. You will drive volume hiring, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and ensure targets are met with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Execute high‑volume hiring campaigns across multiple business units.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates using appropriate channels and tools.
• Coordinate interview schedules, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate pipelines.
• Supervise junior recruiters (for supervisory/managerial levels) and ensure team performance against targets.
• Maintain accurate recruitment metrics and reporting.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop sourcing strategies.

Required profile

• College degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Executive/Sr. Executive: minimum 6 months recruitment/sourcing experience, preferably in BPO or manpower agency.
• Recruitment Assistant Manager (Supervisor): at least 3 years recruitment experience and 1 year supervisory experience, preferably in BPO.
• Recruitment Manager: 5‑7 years recruitment experience with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably in BPO.
• Strong English communication skills and a target‑oriented mindset.
