HR Officer – Talent Acquisition & Employee Engagement

About the role

MedGrocer is seeking an HR Officer to lead its recruitment pipeline and enhance the employee journey across its digitally‑enabled health services. Based in Makati, you will partner with business units to attract, select and retain top talent while championing employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Review, design and implement effective recruitment strategies aligned with business goals.
• Innovate sourcing methods and build talent pools to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
• Develop and roll out employee support and engagement programs that boost satisfaction and retention.
• Identify, recommend and document improvements to existing HR processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Relevant experience in HR functions such as recruitment, employee engagement or process improvement.
