HR Officer – Recruitment & Employee Relations

About the role

We are seeking an HR Officer to join our team in Makati City. The role focuses on recruitment, employee relations, and maintaining HR documentation while ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Handle employee relations issues, providing guidance and conflict resolution.
• Maintain accurate HR documentation and employee records.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor legislation and internal policies.
• Support HR initiatives such as performance management and training coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Minimum 1‑2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, or employee relations.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in an on‑site environment.
