HR Officer / HR Generalist

About the role

We are seeking a tech‑savvy, independent HR professional to own the full spectrum of human resources operations. As the sole HR leader, you will manage talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and culture initiatives while working onsite in Ortigas.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End Employee Lifecycle: hiring, onboarding, performance management, and off‑boarding.
• HR Operations & Administration: manage employee requests, maintain 201 files, and ensure accurate timesheet processing for payroll.
• Performance Management: drive performance review cycles aligned with company goals.
• Government Compliance & Filing: handle periodic filings with DOLE, BIR, SSS, Pag‑IBIG, and PhilHealth.
• Culture & Event Management: plan holiday tracking, Christmas parties, and team‑building activities.
• Tech Stack Utilization: operate daily HR workflows through a web‑based HRIS platform.

Required profile

• 23 years of proven HR management experience, including Philippine government compliance.
• Highly comfortable with web‑based applications and HRIS tools.
• Self‑starter who can work autonomously with minimal guidance.
• Entrepreneurial mindset focused on contributing to business growth.
• Willingness to work fully onsite in Ortigas.
