HR Officer / HR Generalist

About the role

The HR Officer/HR Generalist will support the organization by delivering core HR services, from recruitment to employee relations and compliance. This position acts as a bridge between management and staff, fostering a positive workplace while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Maintain employee records, benefits administration, and HR documentation.
• Assist with employee relations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Monitor attendance, leave administration, and ensure compliance with HR regulations.
• Implement company policies and uphold labor law requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and contribute to HR projects and initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands‑on HR experience.
• Good knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with HR information systems (HRIS).
• Familiarity with government compliance requirements (DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
• Basic payroll processing or time‑keeping system experience (advantageous).
