HR Officer / HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive HR Officer/HR Generalist to manage end‑to‑end HR processes and support a positive employee experience. You will partner with managers and staff to ensure smooth recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing HR operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage recruitment: post jobs, screen resumes, conduct interviews, and recommend hires.
• Coordinate new‑employee orientation and onboarding.
• Serve as primary contact for employee inquiries, address concerns, and promote engagement.
• Administer benefit programs and assist employees with related questions.
• Support performance management, including goal setting, evaluations, and development plans.
• Identify training needs, organize workshops, and facilitate development sessions.
• Develop, update, and enforce HR policies ensuring legal compliance.
• Prepare HR metrics reports and ensure adherence to employment laws.
• Participate in HR projects aimed at improving processes and employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.
• Thorough knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, organizational, and confidentiality skills.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM‑CP) is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
