About the role
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead the human resources function for our engineering company based in Muntinlupa. The role involves overseeing recruitment, benefits administration, and a range of HR activities to support our growing workforce.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for technical and support positions.
- Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
- Coordinate HR policies, procedures, and employee relations initiatives.
- Provide strategic HR guidance to line managers and senior leadership.
Required profile
- Minimum 8 years of experience as an HR generalist.
- Preferably background in construction or engineering industries.
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong analytical abilities and excellent communication skills.
- Availability to start as soon as possible.
