HR Head – Agri Manufacturing

About the role

The HR Head will lead the full human resources function for a leading importer and manufacturer of agricultural products. Based in Pasay City, this senior role balances day‑to‑day HR operations with strategic initiatives that drive organizational capability and ensure compliance with labor regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee relations and HR administration.
• Act as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership on workforce planning, talent strategy and organizational effectiveness.
• Lead organizational development projects such as culture building, change management, succession planning and leadership development.
• Manage labor relations, handle labor cases, employee grievances, investigations and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and represent the company in labor‑related matters when required.
• Drive talent management, employee engagement and retention programs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or a related field; a master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, including leadership roles with broad exposure to HR operations, organizational development and labor relations.
• Strong background in food, food chemistry, agribusiness, food processing or food manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in handling labor cases, employee relations, labor‑law compliance and dispute resolution.
• Demonstrated ability to serve as a strategic HR business partner to senior leadership.
