HR Generalist – Remote Workforce & Digital Talent Recruitment

About the role

We are seeking a versatile HR Generalist to work onsite at our office while supporting our distributed remote workforce. The role combines employee management with end‑to‑end recruitment of tech, creative and influencer talent.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onsite HR contact for remote employees, fostering engagement, productivity and a positive culture.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle: screen candidates, conduct interviews, provide feedback and negotiate offers.
• Source digital, tech and creative talent using platforms such as Indeed, Facebook and LinkedIn, applying influencer‑style scouting techniques.
• Arrange and lead interviews and screening assessments to ensure cultural and role fit.
• Design and continuously improve recruiting strategies, maintain the applicant tracking system and build a talent pool.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science or Human Resources.
• Experience managing remote staff.
• At least one year of volume recruiting experience for tech and digital profiles.
• Familiarity with influencer recruitment, including outreach, negotiation and onboarding.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruiting platforms: Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn.
• Working knowledge of an applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Interview techniques and applicant screening methods.
