HR Generalist – Recruitment & Employee Engagement

About the role

The HR Generalist will support the organization by managing recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement and HR administrative processes across assigned business units. This role ensures new hires are smoothly integrated and that employee concerns are addressed in line with company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle recruitment for assigned areas.
• Oversee deployment of new employees, including orientation to policies and related processes.
• Endorse new employees to their respective department heads.
• Promote employee engagement initiatives.
• Assist in disciplinary due‑process procedures.
• Ensure the needs and concerns of managed departments are heard and accommodated.
• Prepare and submit reports related to HR functions.
• Participate in and collaborate on organizational development projects.

Required profile

• Preferably a Psychology graduate or equivalent.
• Open to candidates with or without prior HR experience.
• Effective oral and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities; must be a people‑person.
• Background in Industrial/Organizational fields or Labor Standards is an advantage.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Willingness to travel across the Philippines as needed.
