HR Generalist – Project Based (South Luzon)

About the role

Therma Luzon, Inc. is seeking a Project‑Based HR Generalist to support the Human Resources function for its South Luzon operations. You will act as a strategic partner, overseeing the full employee lifecycle and helping to build a workplace that attracts, retains, and develops talent.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing needs and execute recruitment strategies.
• Manage onboarding, create e‑201 files, and ensure data integrity across all HCM systems.
• Maintain HCM system availability, drive adoption, and continuously improve related processes.
• Conduct audits to verify data accuracy and support rewards management and labor‑law compliance.
• Implement talent management programs, performance‑management plans, and employee development initiatives.
• Design and run engagement, recognition, and culture‑building activities.
• Handle employee movement, separation documentation, exit interviews, and respond to HR queries.

Required profile

• Experience in HR generalist or specialist roles, preferably within a project‑based or energy‑sector environment.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws, HR policies, and employee relations.
• Excellent analytical abilities to interpret HR metrics and survey results.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using HRIS/HCM systems for data management and reporting.
