HR Generalist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive and detail‑oriented HR Generalist to support and manage day‑to‑day HR operations. The role covers a wide range of HR functions including hiring, employee relations, payroll support, compliance, and performance management.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, onboarding)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR systems
• Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy of employee data
• Administer compensation and benefits programs
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide HR guidance to employees and managers
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in performance management processes, including evaluations and documentation
• Facilitate onboarding and orientation of new hires
• Support training and development initiatives
• Prepare HR reports and analytics as needed

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• 2‑4 years of experience in HR functions
• Excellent oral and written communication, interviewing, and report writing skills
• Strong observation, critical‑thinking, and decision‑making abilities

Required skills

• Experience in payroll and benefits administration (preferred)
• Experience conducting wellness training programs and workshops (a plus)
