HR Generalist

About the role

Blue Orange Digital is seeking an HR Generalist to lead end‑to‑end people operations for its fast‑growing data and AI consultancy. You will partner with hiring managers, ensure compliance across a multi‑state remote workforce, and support employee experience from onboarding to offboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting lifecycle in TeamTailor, including job posting, candidate pipeline, interview coordination, and offer execution.
• Monitor federal and state employment law changes, maintain I‑9 records, and ensure correct worker classification.
• Own the HiBob HRIS platform, handling employee records, onboarding/offboarding workflows, and data integrity.
• Serve as the first point of contact for employee questions on policy, benefits, PTO, and workplace concerns.
• Publish a monthly HR scorecard and track core metrics such as time to fill, 90‑day retention, and voluntary turnover.

Required profile

• Proven experience in full‑cycle recruiting and talent acquisition.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and compliance requirements for remote teams.
• Hands‑on experience managing an HRIS platform and related workflows.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to partner with managers across a matrixed environment.
