HR Generalist (Case Management)

About the role

TaskUs is seeking an HR Generalist focused on case management to lead investigations and support employee relations across its global operations. The role involves handling complex employee issues, ensuring compliance with policies, and mitigating risk.

Key responsibilities

• Lead impartial investigations into harassment, discrimination, bullying, and policy violations.
• Manage cases from intake through resolution, including evidence collection and witness interviews.
• Identify and escalate high‑risk situations to HR leadership.
• Provide guidance on company policies and ensure investigative actions comply with applicable employment laws.
• Maintain confidential, detailed records of investigations, interview notes, evidence, and final reports.
• Collaborate with managers and HR team members to recommend corrective actions and ensure consistent issue resolution.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of progressive HR experience, emphasizing employee relations and investigations.
• Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Excellent conflict‑resolution, de‑escalation, and fact‑finding abilities.
• Proven written communication skills.
