HR Employee Support Representative II – French Bilingual

About the role

Medtronic is seeking a bilingual French/English HR Employee Support Representative II to provide front‑line assistance on HR policies, benefits, and system queries. You will act as a trusted point of contact for employees worldwide, helping them navigate HR processes and documentation.

Key responsibilities

• Own assigned employee cases from opening to resolution via phone, chat, or ticketing system.
• Answer questions on global, regional, and country HR policies, benefits, social legislation, and employment terms.
• Generate HR letters, forms, and other documentation as needed.
• Support employees and managers with queries on HR platforms such as Workday, ServiceNow, Recognize System, and Cornerstone.
• Assist with general administrative projects and contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer‑service or shared‑service environment.
• Strong communication, problem‑solving, and follow‑up abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
