HR Data Management Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Shared Services Team Leader to manage the full employee lifecycle data across our organization. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality service, driving team engagement, and collaborating with HR partners to ensure data accuracy and an excellent employee experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end employee lifecycle data management, ensuring daily requests and cases are processed efficiently and accurately.
• Plan task distribution, monitor workload, and guarantee compliance with Service Level Agreements and quality metrics.
• Act as the primary escalation point for complex issues and lead the creation, update, and distribution of Standard Operating Procedures.
• Set performance objectives aligned with company OKRs, conduct regular appraisals, and track progress against metrics.
• Develop training plans, coach team members, and identify growth opportunities to build overall capability.
• Maintain strong relationships with HR partners and global counterparts to align service delivery with broader business needs.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of experience leading teams in a global shared‑services or multicultural environment, preferably in a fast‑paced start‑up or growth setting.
• Deep knowledge of the employee lifecycle, especially talent acquisition, onboarding, and HR master data management.
• Proven ability to implement and monitor quality metrics, SLAs, and performance goals.
• Strong stakeholder and conflict management skills across different geographies.
• Highly organized, results‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities across time zones (CET/AEST).

Required skills

• Workday (or comparable ERP/ATS platform) proficiency.

What we offer

• Hybrid work model: 3 days on‑site, 2 days remote.
• Shift: Monday‑Friday, 3 pm‑12 am MNL (CET support).
• Sign‑on bonus of PHP 15,000.
