HR Business Partner

About the role

CloudPay is looking for an HR Business Partner to act as a strategic advisor to business leaders. You will help align HR initiatives with company goals, drive talent management, and ensure a positive employee experience across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Provide strategic HR guidance on organizational design, talent management, and employee relations.
• Partner with managers on workforce planning, recruitment, performance management, and career development.
• Advise on employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
• Lead implementation of HR programs such as compensation reviews, benefits administration, HRIS utilization, and engagement surveys.
• Support change‑management initiatives with communication strategies and HR expertise.
• Coach managers on performance‑management best practices, including goal setting and performance reviews.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, deliver insights, and recommend data‑driven solutions.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and best practices.

Required profile

• Proven progressive HR experience, preferably as an HR Business Partner or in a similar strategic role.
• Experience in fast‑paced technology or professional services environments.
• Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• CIPD qualification highly desirable.
