About the role

Key responsibilities

• Oversee talent acquisition, retention, and development initiatives.
• Improve performance management processes and employee development.
• Guide change management efforts to ensure smooth transitions.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends, measure program effectiveness, and provide insights.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
