HR Business Partner – Global Service Center

About the role

WSA is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join its Global Service Center in the Philippines. Reporting to the VP of HR Operations in Singapore, you will lead all HR operations, ensuring compliance, employee engagement, and seamless HR processes across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, off‑boarding, and orientation.
• Oversee benefit administration, grievance handling, performance management, and annual rewards cycles.
• Maintain HR policies, processes, and compliance with Philippine labor laws and statutory requirements.
• Administer payroll, work permits, safety and injury management, and coordinate with payroll outsourcing vendors.
• Drive HR analytics and dashboard reporting using SuccessFactors.
• Identify and implement process improvements across HR operations.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor legislation and employee obligations.
• Hands‑on experience with HR Information Systems and vendor management.
• Proven ability to develop HR policies, processes, and manage payroll vendors.
• Manufacturing experience is a plus.
