HR Assistant

About the role

As an HR Assistant you will support the delivery of core HR initiatives across talent acquisition, onboarding, employee engagement and learning & development for Robinsons Offices. The role focuses on smooth administrative and logistical coordination, using data‑driven insights to help improve HR programs.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment processes, from posting vacancies to scheduling interviews.
• Coordinate onboarding activities, preparing documentation and facilitating new‑hire orientation.
• Support employee engagement events and learning initiatives.
• Maintain HR records, update databases and generate routine reports.
• Provide logistical support for HR trainings, workshops and meetings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; 1‑2 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and solve problems creatively.
• Willingness to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig.
