HR & Administration Officer

About the role

The HR & Administration Officer will join Cebu Summa Water Lapu-Lapu, Inc. to lead and coordinate all human‑resources and office‑administration activities. This full‑time, on‑site position supports the company’s desalinated water supply project by ensuring smooth employee relations, recruitment, training, payroll and compliance functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage employee relations, recruitment processes and onboarding.
• Coordinate training programs and professional development initiatives.
• Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws.
• Maintain up‑to‑date employee records and oversee company policies.
• Provide administrative support to guarantee efficient day‑to‑day office operations.
• Assist with corporate governance, internal policy development and labor‑law compliance.

Required profile

• Proficiency in human‑resources management, recruitment and employee relations.
• Experience in payroll processing and knowledge of labor‑law regulations.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, including record‑keeping and policy implementation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Relevant academic background in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
• Experience in water‑management or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize and support smooth office operations.
