Houseman – Pre-Opening Housekeeping Support

About the role

Join the upcoming Mandarin Oriental Makati as a Houseman, supporting the housekeeping team in a dynamic pre‑opening environment. You will help ensure guest rooms and public areas are clean, well‑stocked, and ready for the hotel’s launch in 2026.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Room Attendants and Public Area Attendants with daily cleaning tasks.
• Deliver linens, towels, guest supplies, and amenities to assigned floors and workstations.
• Maintain fully stocked and organized housekeeping pantries and service areas.
• Transport clean and soiled linens between floors, linen rooms, and laundry areas.
• Sort, organize, and distribute linens according to operational needs.
• Monitor stock levels and report shortages to supervisors.
• Support cleaning of selected public areas and back‑of‑house spaces, including waste removal.
• Help set up and break down housekeeping equipment and materials during the pre‑opening phase.
