Housekeeping Manager – Summit Hotel Naga

About the role

The Housekeeping Manager will lead the daily housekeeping operations at Summit Hotel Naga, ensuring the property meets the highest standards of cleanliness, guest comfort and operational efficiency. This full-time, on-site position reports to senior hotel management and plays a key role in delivering the distinctive Filipino hospitality the brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and schedule housekeeping staff to maintain guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
• Oversee laundry operations, ensuring timely and quality processing of linens and uniforms.
• Recruit, train and develop housekeeping team members, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Respond to guest inquiries and service requests promptly, guaranteeing satisfaction.
• Monitor and enforce cleanliness, safety and hygiene standards in accordance with hotel policies.
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth workflow and efficient resource use.

Required profile

• Strong supervisory abilities with a proven track record of motivating teams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Experience in hiring and training housekeeping personnel.
• Thorough knowledge of hospitality cleanliness standards and safety protocols.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, diverse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or related field preferred (not mandatory).
• Prior experience in a similar hotel housekeeping role is highly advantageous.
