Hotel Recruiter – Hospitality Staffing

About the role

The Hotel Recruiter will support Cruise Administration Services, Inc. (CASI) in meeting the hiring goals of its Hotel Operations across the Philippines. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding talent for Housekeeping, Galley Steward, Restaurant, Culinary and other specialty roles.

Key responsibilities

• Review job descriptions and specifications to ensure alignment with hiring needs.
• Screen all candidate resumes and applications within two days of receipt.
• Schedule and conduct online interviews using the Hireview platform to assess soft and technical skills.
• Review Hireview video responses and follow up with recruiter calls to verify suitability, certifications, and experience.
• Prepare and extend job offers to successful candidates and manage employment negotiations.
• Update candidate status for both rejected and onboarding candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to gather feedback on endorsed candidates and adjust skill requirements as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in end‑to‑end recruitment, preferably for high‑volume hospitality roles.
• Proven ability to manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup with broken shift schedules.
