Homebased Reporting Technician

About the role

The Reporting Technician works remotely to process, analyze, and archive data collected from field crews. You will transform raw data into high‑quality reports for customers and partners, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, load, and verify data from field crews, acquiring missing information as needed.
• Process data promptly to meet customer timelines, collaborating with Engineering when required.
• Use proprietary software to view and analyze data, documenting methods and producing technical reports.
• Validate data integrity in remote‑sensing image analysis systems.
• Draft reports for review, incorporate feedback, and finalize deliverables.
• Create presentations, charts, photos, and graphs using specialized software.
• Prepare and package both printed and digital final reports for customers.
• Monitor material stock levels and trigger reorders.
• Develop best practices for data processing, reporting, and archiving.
• Interact with customers to resolve issues and provide support.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• High attention to detail, excellent organization, and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Proven ability to manage detailed timelines and documentation.
• Results‑oriented with efficient time‑management.
