High Volume (TOFU) Recruiter

About the role

HumanSignal builds real‑world data pipelines for AI. As a High Volume (TOFU) Recruiter you will be the engine that keeps our data programs staffed with the right domain experts at the right time. You will move quickly, source at scale, and ensure every contributor meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Run high‑volume sourcing across job boards, LinkedIn, niche communities, referrals and other channels simultaneously.
• Screen candidates rapidly, matching domain expertise to specific program requirements.
• Own top‑of‑funnel metrics – application volume, time‑to‑fill, screen‑to‑hire ratios – and track them daily.
• Partner closely with Strategic Project Leads and Operations to understand program‑specific needs, including expertise, availability windows and quality standards.
• React instantly to urgent staffing demands, such as filling 500 vetted experts within 72 hours.
• Build and maintain sourcing pipelines that stay healthy even as programs start or stop abruptly.

• Proactive, scrappy and relentless approach to talent acquisition.
• Comfortable handling large candidate volumes without sacrificing quality.
• Data‑driven mindset with ability to monitor and improve recruitment metrics.
• Strong collaboration skills to work with cross‑functional project teams.
