About the role

We are seeking a Healthcare Trainer to support a Healthcare BPO account. The role involves delivering training sessions, handling healthcare account queries, and providing on‑site support in the United States for short‑term assignments.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct training and presentation sessions for healthcare BPO staff.
  • Provide on‑site training support in the US for 1‑2 months.
  • Handle healthcare account related queries and ensure quality standards.
  • Work on shifting schedules and adapt to onsite requirements.

Required profile

  • 1–2 years experience as a Healthcare Trainer in a BPO environment.
  • Valid US visa and an active passport.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel and stay in the US for short periods.

    • Basic salary of ₱40,000 per month plus ₱6,000 allowance.
