About the role

Our client is seeking experienced professionals to lead healthcare revenue cycle operations at senior, manager and director levels. The role is ideal for individuals with strong backgrounds in hospital billing, coding, clinical denials and team leadership, who are committed to operational excellence and high‑quality client service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and oversee end‑to‑end revenue cycle functions, including accounts receivable, hospital billing and denials management.
• Supervise, mentor and develop high‑performing teams across front‑, middle‑ and back‑office functions.
• Drive operational efficiency through continuous process‑improvement initiatives and data‑driven insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams and client stakeholders to meet business objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics, implement productivity enhancements and ensure financial outcomes are optimized.
• Manage project timelines, deliverables and client expectations while fostering a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree and strong oral and written English communication skills.
• Leadership experience in healthcare revenue cycle management.
• Analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder‑management capabilities.
• Relevant experience ranging from 4‑20 years depending on the level (Senior Associate, Manager, Director).
