Head of Supply Chain & Procurement

About the role

The Head of Supply Chain & Procurement will lead the end‑to‑end supply chain for all Gastronova brands, ensuring product availability, cost efficiency, and operational excellence across a growing multi‑brand portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Lead demand planning, forecasting, inventory control, logistics, warehousing and importation functions.
• Design and implement robust demand planning processes to improve forecast accuracy and product availability.
• Optimize inventory levels, reduce waste, minimise stock‑outs and improve working‑capital efficiency.
• Oversee strategic sourcing, vendor selection, contract negotiations and supplier performance management.
• Manage local and international logistics, customs coordination, freight and distribution operations.
• Build strong supplier partnerships to ensure quality, reliability and competitive pricing.
• Analyse purchasing trends, inventory turnover, landed costs and supply‑chain KPIs to drive decisions.
• Collaborate with Operations, Culinary, Finance, Marketing and Brand teams for new concept launches and growth initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior leadership experience in supply chain, procurement or logistics within a multi‑brand environment.
• Proven ability to design scalable systems and improve forecasting accuracy.
• Strong analytical mindset with a hands‑on approach to problem solving.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
