Head of Marketing

About the role

Mega Prime Foods is seeking a visionary Head of Marketing to lead the stewardship of its brands and drive growth across the Philippines and beyond. The role blends strategic thinking with hands‑on execution, guiding a high‑performing team to create iconic, consumer‑centric brands.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an integrated marketing and brand strategy aligned with business objectives and long‑term growth plans.
• Lead brand management, innovation, consumer insights, digital, trade marketing, and communications functions.
• Translate market insights into winning product and portfolio strategies.
• Oversee integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and R&D to ensure successful commercialization.
• Monitor brand performance, market share, profitability, and marketing ROI using data‑driven analysis.
• Build and mentor a high‑performing marketing organization, focusing on capability development and succession planning.
• Manage marketing investments responsibly to maximize business impact.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of progressive marketing experience, including at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in FMCG.
• Proven track record in brand strategy, innovation, consumer marketing and commercial growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable results.
