Head of Learning Experience

About the role

TOA Global is seeking a senior leader to head its Learning Experience function in Sheridan, Mandaluyong. This hybrid, full‑time role will provide strategic direction for designing, developing and delivering industry‑leading learning programs that close performance and skills gaps for global accounting clients.

Key responsibilities

• Define and evolve global learning design pillars, guidelines and frameworks rooted in evidence‑based practices and emerging trends.
• Lead the creation of multimodal programs (remote, online, instructor‑led, blended) that incorporate AI personalization, gamification, microlearning, immersive elements and adaptive pathways.
• Coach and upscale the global Learning Experience team, embedding company values and service excellence.
• Collaborate with leaders, subject‑matter experts and trainers to co‑design solutions that bridge skills and performance gaps.
• Ensure all learning materials comply with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) standards, financial regulations and corporate governance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven strategic leadership experience in corporate learning or instructional design.
• Track record of managing instructional design and compliance teams in a global context.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with leaders, SMEs and trainers to develop innovative learning solutions.
• Familiarity with RTO audit, governance and regulatory standards, especially within the accounting sector.
• Experience leveraging emerging learning technologies such as AI‑driven personalization, microlearning and gamification.
